Step 1: Download the application (Windows)

Click the button below to download the ControlUp remote assistance application.

Step 2: Run the application

After the download finishes, open the file to run the application.

Step 3: Enter your session code

Your IT representative will provide you with a 10-digit session code.

Enter it into the application and click Start Session to get connected.
